- Trainer Ted and Laurencefirst appeared in The Last MacKlenna.
- Evelyn and Louise: These ladies first appeared in The Last MacKlenna. They owned the B&B in Scotland.
- Emily and JC: Emily first appeared in The Three Brooches as the daughter of Frances (who first appeared in The Ruby Brooch). Emily went to live in the future to treat her diabetes. JC first appeared as a baby at the end of The Last MacKlenna.
- Kenzie and David McBain: David first appeared in The Last MacKlenna. Kenzie first appeared in The Emerald Brooch.
- Robbie and Henry: The twins first appeared at the end of The Emerald Brooch as David and Kenzie’s boys. They have provided comic relief in several books.
- Charlotte and Braham.Braham first appeared in The Ruby Brooch. Charlotte first appeared in The Sapphire Brooch.
- Lincoln McCabe: Lincoln first appeared as the son of Charlotte and Braham in The Sapphire Brooch.

- Sarah and Patrick:Sarah first appeared in The Moonstone Brooch. Patrick first appeared as a street kid in The Diamond Brooch and was adopted by Jack Mallory.
- Pops and Maria: Maria first appeared in The Diamond Brooch. Pops first appeared in The Broken Brooch.
- Olivia and Connor O’Grady. Connor first appeared in The Broken Brooch, and Olivia Kelly first appeared in The Amber Brooch.
- Amber and Daniel Grant: Amber and Daniel first appeared in The Amber Brooch.
- Matt and Elizabeth Kelly: Matt and Elizabeth first appeared in The Amber Brooch. They are Olivia and Amber’s parents.
- Sophia and Pete: Pete first appeared in The Broken Brooch as JL O’Grady’s partner at the NYC police department. Sophia first appeared in The Pearl Brooch.
- Philippe and Rhona Fontenot (Baird): They first appeared in The Topaz Brooch. They were stranded in New Orleans for several years thanks to the topaz brooch. Rhona was very sick. After her treatments, Charlotte and Meredith made sure she had plenty of spa treatments, so she’d resemble the woman who was once an active member of New Orleans society. Elliott had their mansion moved to the plantation where they now reside.

- Paul Brodie:Paul first appeared as JC’s friend in The Sunstone Brooch.
- Robert Davidson and Isabella Ricci: Isabella first appeared in The Bloodstone Brooch. Robert first appeared in The Moonstone Brooch. We aren’t sure if they are more than friends right now.
- Erik and Samantha: Erik first appeared in The Sunstone Brooch. Sam first appeared in The Bloodstone Brooch.
- Tavis and Aislinn: Tavis first appeared at the end of The Topaz Brooch. Aislinn first appeared in The Bloodstone Brooch.
